We have been participating in the Marketing Summit since the beginning. It is always good to be inspired and informed about trends in both the marketing profession and the world of technology.

The Marketing Summit is an exclusive professional and business summit held every September with the aim of preparing participants to effectively implement technology solutions in addition to effectively addressing marketing, communication, business and professional challenges. The Marketing Summit is not just a professional event and not just about marketing! One of the largest B2B and business summits in Hungary, this year's venue is MÜPA Budapest.
This year, the business support roles of the marketing profession were showcased in an even bigger and more exclusive venue, with more stage actors, international exposure and more participants than ever before. In fact, a sumptuous standing reception at the end of the Summit Awards Evening saw a total of 5 prestigious professional awards and shortlists being presented to the winners.
We heard a presentation on the importance of data, but more importantly on the importance of data quality and how it can be used to achieve our business goals. There was a discussion on the importance of communication between business units within a company and the importance of managing operations holistically and supporting each other at all levels. We were introduced to marketing technology solutions that are also based on good quality data and we heard in several presentations how AI permeates all areas of marketing and communication. It's important to use all the tools at our disposal wisely and effectively.
We saw and heard examples from abroad and saw the dedication and love of the profession that the representatives of these companies have. We have seen examples of generational differences and how many aspects need to be taken into account depending on the target group you are communicating to.
We were able to learn about technology and new social trends, where content production is changing, what to look out for, but also to get a glimpse of good practices from big companies.

Last but not least, of course, we were also involved in this year's awards, as our colleague Gabriella Király, shopping street manager, was nominated for the Signature40. She also submitted her application in the SME category with another 178 nominations, of which 119 were evaluated by the professional jury. To our great pleasure, our colleague was included in the TOP 40, so she can say that she belongs to the TOP Brand Managers of Hungary. Congratulations to her! Below is a short video of the award ceremony.
